Is Feedier compatible with all business tool ecosystems?

Yes. Feedier integrates with a wide range of business tools—CRMs, review platforms, social media, internal or external tools—thanks to its native connectors, API, web widgets, and attribute system. You can import, enrich, trigger, or sync feedback with your existing systems—ranging from Salesforce and HubSpot to Microsoft Teams, Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or even TikTok. Our modular approach allows us to adapt to most environments, even complex ones.

How is customer feedback processed and protected?

Feedback processed through Feedier is secured to the highest standards of safety and compliance. All data is hosted in Europe (Paris & Dublin), with no outsourcing, and protected by daily encrypted backups. Feedier acts as a data processor under GDPR, and you retain full ownership of your data. Tools are available to automatically anonymize feedback, manage access rights, export data, or comply with opt-out requests. Our entire organization is trained in GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.

Can Feedier integrate with a custom-built internal tool? If so, how?

Yes. Feedier can integrate with a custom internal tool. Using our API, attribute system, and import/export features, you can connect your tool to send, receive, or enrich feedback. You can import data via CSV files, trigger actions via webhooks, or exchange data using the Feedier API. Attributes help link your internal systems with collected customer feedback.

Can Feedier connect to an SSO or internal authentication system?

Yes. Feedier supports Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication using the OpenID Connect protocol. You can link your internal identity provider (e.g., Azure AD) by configuring access with a client ID, secret, and redirect URL. Once set up, access to Feedier is secure and centralized for all users in your organization.

Can we trigger actions or syncs from Feedier to our tools?

Yes. Feedier allows you to automatically trigger actions in your business tools based on the feedback received and its context. You can send notifications (email, Teams, etc.), update objects in a CRM like Salesforce, or automate report distribution using the Autopilot module.

How are access rights to integrated data managed?

Access is managed based on user roles, team structures, and visible segments. Each user only sees the data they are assigned or authorized to view. Workspaces also allow you to fully isolate data environments when needed.
