What am I paying for?

Only the verbatims you analyse: €0.08 per verbatim on Business. Imported feedback, scores and users are not charged.

What counts as one verbatim?

Up to 2,000 characters of text. Longer texts count as several verbatims: a 20,000-character email counts as 10.

How does the free trial work?

You get €200 of analysis, 2,500 verbatims, for 14 days, with unlimited users and no payment card. The trial ends after 14 days or when the €200 are used, whichever comes first. Then move to Business or Enterprise.

What happens to my unused monthly budget?

Your monthly budget resets at the start of each month. Top-ups are different: they stay on your balance until you use them.

Can I analyse more than my monthly plan?

Yes. Top up anytime at €0.08 per verbatim, or move to a higher monthly tier.

Is there a limit on feedback?

Business includes up to 500,000 feedback imported. When you reach it, new imports pause and all your data stays accessible. Enterprise has no limit.

When should I move to Enterprise?

When you need more than 500,000 feedback, SSO, several entities or business units, or hands-on Delivery. A licence is also 8x cheaper per verbatim.

Can I subscribe and pay online?

Yes. Business is paid by card online. Enterprise is an annual licence handled by our sales team.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Business is monthly with no annual commitment: change tier or cancel anytime.
